Proposal C-351 February 1, 2007 “F” Classification Filing

On September 5, 2006 the Bureau made an “F” classification rate filing with the Pennsylvania Insurance Department. That filing, designated as Proposal C-351, proposed revisions to rates and related rating values effective February 1, 2007.

On September 20, 2006 an amendment to Proposal C-351 was submitted to the Pennsylvania Insurance Department correcting certain exhibits that were found to be in error as originally filed. The exhibits appearing below reflect Proposal C-351 as amended September 20, 2006.
