Approval of Annual Loss Cost Filing and "F" Classification Filings - Effective April 1, 2026

The Pennsylvania Insurance Commissioner has approved the PCRB’s proposed loss costs and other rating values, as filed. Also included in this filing are Auditable Payroll Adjustments to the Basic Manual. The commissioner also approved the proposed loss costs and rating values for the Federal (“F”) Classifications. These filings both become effective as of 12:01 a.m., April 1, 2026.
