The Pennsylvania Insurance Commissioner has approved the PCRB’s proposed Pennsylvania Construction Classification Premium Adjustment Program Manual Revisions. This filing becomes effective as of 12:01 a.m., October 1, 2023 with respect to new and renewal business only.
