The Pennsylvania Compensation Rating Bureau (PCRB) announces it has hired Tom Notaro as a Project Manager. Having built an impressive track record via several leadership and project manager roles in the healthcare and financial services industries, Notaro will be charged with establishing a Project Management Office at PCRB, improving the organization’s ability to deliver projects that add value.
“We have been very impressed with the increased structure, organization, and innovation Tom’s leadership and guidance has enabled across our entire organization,” says PCRB President and CEO Bill Taylor. “We look forward to him streamlining and enhancing PCRB’s portfolio of projects and building out a fully functional Project Management Office.”
Notaro, who was hired in a full-time capacity after serving PCRB as a contractor since May, is skilled in multiple methodologies and frameworks. He holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification and is a Certified Scrum Master, having worked for Nucleus Healthcare, NewRez, Radian, and Fannie Mae.
“We are building something special at PCRB and the Project Management Office will be a hub for innovation and collaboration,” says Notaro. “Our organization will be well-positioned to more efficiently deliver essential products, services, and resources that resonate throughout the industry.”
