The Pennsylvania Compensation Rating Bureau (PCRB) has launched an updated, digital and automated version of the ERM-14 Ownership Form, replacing the legacy PDF with a streamlined online submission process. The enhanced form is used to report ownership and legal entity changes, including mergers, consolidations, combinations, and transfers that may impact experience modification and merit rating calculations.
The new ERM-14 guides users through a clear, purpose-driven workflow that displays only the questions relevant to their submission. Users can access the form through PCRB.com using a Policy Number or Bureau File Number, allowing certain information to be prefilled and validated for accuracy. Supporting documentation may be uploaded securely, and submitters receive confirmation once the form is received.
The digital ERM-14 is designed to be intuitive and efficient, with most submissions completed in approximately five minutes. The form is available under Industry Resources → Forms on PCRB.com.
