Submission of Annual Loss Cost Filing - Effective April 1, 2026

On November 24, 2025, the PCRB submitted Filing No. C-387 to the Pennsylvania Insurance Department, containing a proposed overall loss cost change of -1.22%. The proposed effective date is April 1, 2026. For more information, refer to PCRB Circular No. 1836 and Filing No. C-387.

Included in this filing is revisions to Designated Auditable Payroll language with updated manual pages in Section 1 and Section 2 of the Basic Manual.
