The Pennsylvania Compensation Rating Bureau has opened the 2025 Financial Data Call reporting cycle, with data to be reported in 2026. The annual call outlines system availability, updated guidance, and targeted enhancements designed to improve efficiency and transparency.
The Financial Call Package and Financial Data Manager (FDM) is now available to carriers, with designated contacts receiving access details, instructions, and support resources. For the 2025 cycle, PCRB has streamlined all financial call instructions into a single, consolidated guide to improve usability and consistency.
New system features include a Carrier Report Card, offering insight into reporting performance through measures such as timeliness, resubmission frequency, and inquiry responsiveness. Additional updates include improved numeric formatting for readability and a Comment Carryover feature that reduces repetitive responses when previously accepted data remains unchanged. Calendar–accident year calls are now included in the Financial Data Incentive Program (FDIP).
